Windows 10 was used as an example in this video tutorial. This will work for Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 as well. Just make sure you download the correct version of MsDART that matches your Windows installation. x86/64 bit does make a difference. If you have 64-bit Windows. make sure to download the 64-bit version and vice versa.
You will need the following:
DVD/CD/Bootable Flash Drive
YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator
MsDART ISO Image (Link posted above)
** Instructions are for Windows 10, but only slightly vary for other versions **
1.) Boot into MsDART
– Click No for network connectivity at the initial screen
2.) Choose Keyboard Layout
3.) Click Troubleshoot
4.) Click Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset
5.) Click Windows 10
6.) Open LockSmith
7.) Select Administrator and any other Local Account
8.) Set password on the account
9.) Reboot into Windows
