This guide outlines the process for creating a bootable USB flash drive containing LSMC.
1.) Download LSMC Here: http://download.rmtechcentral.com/lsmc/RMTech_LSMC.zip
2.) Locate the downloaded file, right-click it and select Extract All...
3.) Open the extracted folder and then open Rufus
4.) Insert a USB Flash drive into the computer
5.) In Rufus, under Device, confirm that your USB flash drive is selected
6.) Now look to Partition scheme and target system type
Most computers will boot using MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI-CSM, so try this first
In some occasions MBR (or GPT) partition scheme for UEFI will need to be used instead in conjunction with FAT32 under File System.
7.) Next, select NTFS if you are using MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI-CSM or FAT32 if you are using MBR (or GPT) partition scheme for UEFI.
If you are unsure, then try NTFS first. If you are unable to boot from the flash drive, re-create the image using FAT32 instead.
8.) Click the button to select the RMTech LSMC ISO image
9.) Navigate to the location where you downloaded and extracted LSMC and select the ISO image
10.) Click Start
11.) Once the process completes, insert the USB flash drive into the computer you wish to use LSMC, and boot off of the USB flash drive into the LSMC installation
12.) Follow the prompts and instructions in the LSMC installation
